A renovation project at U of T’s Chestnut Residence building to convert a former hotel restaurant into a rejuvinated students common space. The project included all new ceilings and lighting, a new barrier-free ramp, a study lounge with quiet meeting rooms, as well as a games area, stage and performance area.
