The Client required alterations to an existing fallow space/storage area (approximately 930 SM/10,000 SF) to create space for a low/medium density network and to extend the existing raised floor environment on the third floor of the building.
Architectural design elements of this project included design of full height partition walls, walk-ways and aisle ways; a new raised floor to match existing raised flooring; new stairs and access ramps as needed to suit raised floor; design/ construction of “riser room” closets to enclose existing chilled water risers in the expansion space; relocation/ modification/ demolition of existing elements to accommodate new design for expansion space; demolition and relocation of existing storage cage; and design of a new SWBD room.
