Architectural services were provided in the development of a data centre with ancillary office space. Originally a suburban warehouse, the newly converted 12,700 sf data facility includes 5,000 sf of conditioned white space, and certified Tier III for Design and Construction by the Uptime Institute. From Schematic Design to Commissioning and Handover, this Design-Build project was completed in 15 months.
