A large (27,000 sq. ft./2500 square metre) renovation for a Canada Revenue Agency office building in Scarborough, Ontario as part of the federal government’s Workplace 2.0 Fit-up initiative.
This project included coordination of furniture, moves, shared services voice and data. Implementation of demolition and construct of interior walls, finishes, millwork, paint, and flooring. The 3rd floor security requirements for the filing room were increased. The space met Workplace 2.0 office standards, AODA standards and sustainable design.
